DACS and TIB Entitlements were designed primarily for entitling
traders to market data services. DACS provides very basic usage
reporting.
DART is designed as a comprehensive usage analysis and cost optimisation
application. It differs from DACS and TIB in that it:
is fast and will allow you to perform rapid reporting at any
