Cost Inventory applications (MDM, INFOMatch, FinOffice, FITS or
spreadsheet) typically tell you how much an entitled market data
service costs.
They do not indicate whether the service is being used or with what
frequency. DART will add value to your business by rapidly identifying
unused services and their cost.
At Harco, we take a different approach to market data expenditure
management to those of the cost inventory providers: we think that
the efficient management of market data expenditure must be driven
by analysing its usage, rather simply tracking its cost through
the cost inventory.
DART therefore closes the analytical loop between the products'
purchase - the permissioning system, and their billing - the cost
inventory application, and allows market data expenditure to be
managed dynamically as a process.
