HARCO TECHNOLOGY ANNOUNCES THE LAUNCH
OF D.U.G - DART USER GROUP
London 16th May, 2001
D.U.G is the newly established user group for DART clients. The
user group will provide a forum where clients/ users will be encouraged
to give feedback on DART and also be privy to new enhancements of
the product prior to release. There will be regular meetings throughout
the year and a quarterly newsletter including;- hints 'n' tips,
feedback from forums and market news.
'We are a customer-orientated company and the creation of D.U.G
is a tangible example of this. D.U.G will provide us with a forum
where we can gain invaluable feedback from our clients about DART
and its functionality, their input will add value to our service
overall '' said Stuart Harvey.
The first D.U.G meeting will be on 26th June 2001 at Tower 42, London,
where users will view the new DART front end and hear details of
additional market data services, in addition to Triach and TIB,
which can be monitored by DART.
